JET Alumni Association

JETAA is an organization of former participants in the Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Program(me), an international exchange program sponsored by the Japanese government to promote local level international exchange and the improvement of Japan's foreign language education.

The Japan Foundation

The Japan Foundation was established in 1972 as a special legal entity under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the purpose promoting mutual understanding and friendship on the international scene. 

The Japan Foundation Los Angeles Language Center provides comprehensive assistance throughout the United States for Japanese language education, especially intended for teachers of the Japanese language at the pre-collegiate levels.

The Technical Japanese Program is an official test site for the Japan Foundation's annual Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

JETRO

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is a Japanese government organization that promotes mutually beneficial investment and trade relations between Japan and other nations. JETRO was established in 1958, and has a worldwide network of 38 offices in Japan and 79 offices overseas.

Hyogo Business and Culture Center

The Hyogo Business & Cultural Center is a nonprofit organization located in Seattle, Washington. It was established in 1990 to promote and strengthen the sister-state relationship between Washington State and Hyogo Prefecture and further international understanding between the people of the United States and Japan.
